heading towards New Mexico and beyond Pueblo, I ran into exactly what the dream had shown me and even saw a snowplow stuck with another one trying to help him.
Cars had slowed to a standstill as one by one they made it through the deep water. I had no trouble getting through it all and was thankful that I had been forewarned. I thought it was nice of my helpers to give me the dream as it seemed to be a way to say we can't make this part smooth for you.
Utah turned out to be a very nasty, karmic situation with my job at Best Friends. That is okay with me as I knew transmuting it all was my job. My boss didn't like me one bit and I saw in a past life where I had been executed by her so we were definitely karmic enemies. When she fired me, I went to live in St. George, UT, as jobs were scarce in Kanab. I learned later on that she had been replaced due to her treatment of employees. I liked St. George and its beautiful red rocks all around and its proximity to Zion National Park. I had a job I loved in a troubled teen private school so when that guidance came with the voice saying, “September”, I wondered where I was to go.
I ended up in Hoquiam, WA, because a friend had wirtten me a letter saying she could see me in the Seattle area. That made me explore that possibility as I never would have thought of going there. I asked for a sign. The next morning as I was driving out to the main road, a large pick up truck was in front of me. On its rear end were large letters – TACOMA. Then I knew I'd better investigate that area further. I decided to do psychometry to get some help. I folded small pieces of paper on which I had written eight possible states to go to. I prayed and asked the angels for help and shook up the papers in a paper bag and drew them one at a time. The only one that resonated and was an inner yes was Washington. The others were no. Then I put names of places all around the Seattle area on paper and repeated the process. The only yes was for Aberdeen, WA, which is due west of Olympia and Tacoma.
I ended up in Hoquiam, a small, old harbor town, which is a sister town to Aberdeen as they run together as seemingly one place. I arrived a few days after 9/11 and the drive had flags and signs all over as people along the interstates showed off for America. Even overhangs had flags and we put them in our car windows. It seemed as if love was floating in the air on that drive as people rallied together.
I felt lucky to get into a small senior apartment building in Hoquiam where the rent was based on one's social security. I planned to get a job only as I went to interview with an autistic child's family, my car would not go into reverse. I could not back out of my parking space. That was my first sign that I would not be there forever. Looking back, I believe that move was for rest and play and reward time.
I was near the Pacific Ocean and you can drive your car onto the sand by the ocean and go along. After the crowded east coast where people live along the ocean, this was such a blessing. You can see the peaks of Olympic National Park all covered in snow. Quinault Rainforest and Lake were forty miles to the north and absolutely awesome. I was in heaven there. I did healing work with ones I met, never charging, as it seemed they were always in the same boat I was in financially. Yet over the years I never did charge and only accepted love offerings at times when people wanted to do something in return. I had used my divorce money which ended in five years to travel out of the country so I was happy.
Meanwhile, my New Jersey kids were asking me to return to help with their kids as they both work. It was now 2002 when I crossed the country again, seeing my other children and families on the way. Of course, I did my energy work along the way and everywhere I went. We have to keep in mind that guidance is not something we lock into as a set thing as it can change. It can change at the last minute if our helpers see ahead that it is not for our highest good. It can change at any time and we want to be free flowing and flexible and know that they see farther ahead than we do. We need an open mind that way and flow with whatever, however, it's all okay. No set headset here. They know what is best for us.
If we are in a dangerous situation and refuse to listen and do, we could bring harm upon ourselves. We may never know why things changed but then there's that delete the need to understand!
I had been slated back in 1993 to go to Hawaii. I was leaving Sedona and had had fifteen signs of Hawaii. I just kept getting them. I was willing to go. One dream gave me the island of Kauai. Another dream showed me the town to go to – Hanapepe. This went on over a period of a few months. Suddenly it all changed. I got home from work one day and was sitting on my couch. Something came over me that is hard to explain. I felt hit with and overcome by spiritual energy and then new guidance came in. I was to go to New Jersey and help with my grandchild. My kids had a one year old and wanted to have another baby but with both working it was hard for them. I went to New Jersey. It was also to heal karma and what an awesome experience that was with one not quite two years old.
Change is the name of the game and we have to be willing to flow with it. Having my guidance change meant to me that my guides were looking out for me for my highest good. New Jersey was so fun taking care of little ones again. It took me back to when my own four were that age – the sweetness, how bright they are, the wonder as they explore their world. We would even go out in the rain and rescue earthworms being washed along by the curb to the drainage ditch. Back into the grass they went.
This grandma enjoyed her job!!!
When I saw that Hawaii was out, I did inner work and saw that I was going to settle karma there. I took myself ahead in time to see what would have happened. I would have met this man who had a vey ill ten year old daughter. I saw that she was very ill and dying and that my healing work would not have changed things. I really had more karma with her than with her father. I didn't have to go there to heal this as I did the inner work and completed with them in a bubble of light. Evidently the only reason for going there was for karmic resolution so that was done.
We have choices to wade through our karmic stuff or to leave it for another time. I had gotten to see in Asheville that I was choosing some harsh karmic situations only I had been asked to by an unseen being. A friend and I were trading healing work and this being came to me and we both heard the voice asking me questions. After the session, I could not remember the questions at all but I remembered how I answered him or her. I heard myself answering with, “Yes. Yes, I can. Yes, I will do that. Okay, I will do it.” I really didn't know what I had agreed to. Yet, as my life played out and with all of these moves, it is evident to me that it was about agreeing to this strange path. Hindsight says I must have agreed to this gypsy life I've led. How nice they gave me a chance to say no way!
I felt divinely guided in all of my moves and it was particularly rewarding to see people get helped along the way. One lady in Utah told me that her husband had abandoned her and her three children when they were preteens. They were grown ups at the point we met and her only son had died in a logging accident. During our session, she saw that he had not abandoned them. He had gone to the store for milk and bread and never returned. She told me he didn't take his wallet but had stuffed money in his pocket. He never got to the store as something went wrong in his body or brain causing disorientation and memory loss. He drove and drove. She saw that he ended up living as a hermit deep in a forest. When she went to the end of his life, she said he was killed by a bear. At least she had the comfort of knowing he hadn't abandoned them. I asked if she wanted to check on her son who had died and she was amazed that he came to her spiritually and told her he was studying horticulture on the other side. She said that had not been his interest while here. I wondered to her if he was preparing for when he'd come back for another incarnation. We do live on and we do our work wherever we are – this side of the veil or the other. She left so happy as she had gotten her own answers from her high self and knew the truth of her husband and son.
After less than two years back in New Jersey, I went to Illinois to help with illness in the family. No guidance needed there! Then it was to Denver for a daughter's wedding and back to New Jersey agai
n to pack up my car for another cross country trip to Flagstaff, AZ, where a son and his family live. I was there for three months until I found the right job for me. It was in Sedona as an ad in the Red Rock News rocked my boat and lit me up and I knew I had to do it. I trained to be a Certified Nurse's Assistant in spite of my older age. It rang my bells and grabbed me so off I went to Kachina Point Healthcare Center. I had a friend who agreed to rent me a room in her house and not get paid until the end of the month when I got paid! Fortunately, there was a salary for us while we were being trained. I worked at Kachina for two years and met wonderful people, staff, residents and visitors alike. I was able after nine months to get my own apartment in Sedona's Village of Oak Creek. As usual, I planned to stay there forever as I loved the red rocks and my job and I had family I loved not too far away.
Lo, and behold, after fifteen months in that nice apartment, I got a notice that we all had to move out as the apartments had been sold and would be turned into condos. This happened near the time I was going to a healing workshop in Atlanta. During the workshop, our
